Step into a welcoming retreat where every detail is designed for ease and restfulness. From the entrance, you’ll find a spacious hall with storage for coats and shoes, as well as a convenient downstairs WC.

The hall opens to the outdoor decking and garden, offering stunning views of the sea and countryside. Unwind in your private hot tub—the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the water.

Off the hall is a cosy snug, complete with a TV—ideal if guests want to watch something different from the main lounge. The snug also features a sofa bed, doubling as a fourth bedroom if needed. Its ground-floor location makes it especially suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with a full-size pizza oven, American fridge-freezer, 90cm double electric oven, granite worktops, and a central island. It has everything you need for home-cooked meals and is perfect for preparing the ultimate breakfast.

Just two steps from the kitchen, with a handy handrail, is the spacious lounge. Featuring a 65-inch TV, log burner, and a large oak dining table for eight, it’s ideal for family dinners, games, or get-togethers. A side unit stocked with glasses—including plastic ones for the hot tub—doubles as a convenient drinks station. Patio doors provide direct access to the garden, giving you multiple ways to enjoy the outdoor space.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, hanging rail, dressing table, and mirror.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with dressing table and hanging rail, off this room is bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, storage, and a wall mirror.

A modern family bathroom with a full-size bath and shower over serves the upstairs bedrooms. Guests also have access to an additional shower room with a walk-in shower, perfect for rinsing off sandy or muddy feet and paws after enjoying the beaches and country or coastal walks.

This holiday barn combines comfort, practicality, and beautiful surroundings to create an unforgettable stay.

You’re welcome to enjoy the entire barn during your stay. If you’d like extra space, the charming cottage next door can be booked to accommodate 2 more guests. Both the barn and cottage have secure, private gardens where you can relax safely.

Wander freely across 7 acres of beautiful grounds, or let your furry friends enjoy the secure off-field dog run. With plenty of guest parking and a peaceful, quiet setting, this is the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the countryside.

A comfortable and relaxing bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. The room includes hanging space for clothes, a dressing table, and a hair dryer for your convenience. A Velux window above the bed is perfect for stargazing

Bedroom 2 leads to bedroom 3 — A cozy double with a small dressing area, chair, side shelving with lamp, and charging points. A freestanding rail is provided for clothes. I always use nice bedding such as Dorma & Laura Ashley This bedroom also leads directly into Bedroom 3.

The snug has a second TV and a corner sofa that converts into a super comfortable sofa bed. Conveniently on the ground floor near the downstairs loo, it also functions as a walkthrough—just so guests are aware of the layout.

Located off Bedroom 2, this room features two single beds, a dressing table, and a fitted wardrobe for clothes. Guests enjoy high-quality 300-thread-count linen, soft towels, and cozy throws for cooler evenings—perfect for the bed or the garden.

The barn has a full bathroom with a bath, basin, and shower. There’s also a shower room at the back of the barn, primarily for the camping field, but perfect for rinsing off after the beach. An outside tap is also available for washing muddy paws.

Awel y Môr’s garden looks right down to the coast. Min y Môr, the cosy 1-bed cottage beside it, has its hot tub positioned around the corner for comfortable separation.

Soak in the outdoor hot-water bath while taking in calming coastal views. Plas Y Wern Holidays offers both a hot tub and a serene open-air bath for pure relaxation. This is loacted in the main field and can be used by all guest.

Tresaith Waterfall is even better at low tide, with a hidden bay to explore. Perfect for bodyboarding, rock pools, and family adventures along this stunning beach.

Wide paths let the whole family wander together, with plenty of space for your fur babies to sniff, explore, and enjoy the countryside.
